The latest government announcements will mean our London office staff continue to work remotely, and our warehouse team in Telford will still be able to dispatch orders out across the UK. Our generous corporate partners continue to donate a consistent supply of the products which are most needed including handwash, toilet roll, PPE, period products, toys, clothing and much more. Keep an eye on our new arrivals.
Adding face masks to your order
P&G have generously donated packs of 10 face masks to support you and your community during this crisis. They are available to add to your order here. We have added a 12p charge for providing each pack ordered. Available while stocks last. (Please note stock of the P&G free hand sanitiser has now ended, but we have other similar products available here).
Changes to ordering and delivery
Northern Ireland - Due to the latest information provided by the government around Brexit, we are currently only able to accept orders up to a maximum charge of £135 (before VAT) being shipped to Northern Ireland. Please also note that only standard delivery will be available on these orders. Orders above £135 will not be accepted at checkout.
Express delivery is available (excluding orders being shipped to Northern Ireland). We are offering:
-5-day express delivery will only be available on orders up to £300. For orders under £150, there will be an additional charge.
-2-day express delivery, there is an additional charge on all orders.

Is your shipping address correct?
To ensure that there are no delays when receiving your products, before completing your order please check that someone will be available to receive your order at the shipping address specified. You can change the shipping address at checkout. If you have already placed your order you can request a change of delivery address via the courier. For information check our FAQs.
Have you provided your mobile number?
As soon as your order is on the way you’ll receive the usual confirmation message. Some of our couriers have adapted their service. Orders might arrive at weekends and multiple parcels may arrive separately. You can help us make deliveries by providing a mobile number with your order wherever possible.
Safety measures at our warehouse
We take the safety of our staff and our partners seriously. Here are some of the steps we have taken at our warehouse to ensure the safety and wellness of our employees, the third parties we work with, and those receiving products from us:
- 2 metres social distancing at all times
- A limit of 1 person at each packing bench in our warehouse
- Regular cleaning of door handles, keyboards and other surfaces using appropriate cleaners
- Easy accessibility to disposable gloves for everyone at the warehouse
- Verbal consents instead of signing paperwork for delivery confirmation
Our couriers are also following strict guidelines in terms of social distancing and verbal consents when delivering to you.
