Free hand sanitiser in your order
With thanks to P&G and its brands, they are donating a steady supply of 1litre bottles of hand sanitiser so we can together support you and your community during this crisis. We will be adding a free bottle to all orders, except for those that only contain toilet roll. This is due to how those boxes are packed to be delivered.
Changes to ordering and delivery
We are starting to bring back more of our express delivery options. We are now offering:
- 5-day express delivery on all orders. For orders under £150, there will be an additional charge.
- 2-day express delivery on orders up to £150 for an additional charge.
You can select either of these options at check out.
For more information on our delivery options, please review our delivery information page.
As soon as your order is on the way you’ll receive the usual confirmation message. Some of our couriers have adapted their service. Orders might arrive at weekends and multiple parcels may arrive separately. You can help us make deliveries by providing a mobile number with your order wherever possible.
Focusing on providing life’s essentials.
To help us meet your needs, we have been focusing on providing a reliable supply of the most essential goods since March, and had limited the range of products available on the catalogue to around 1200 essentials. Having increased our warehouse capacity and got used to working in a new way, we have started bringing back our full range of products. We also have a steady supply of the key essentials including toiletries, cleaning and laundry supplies, and indoor activities. Keep an eye on our new arrivals.
As well as our online catalogue, we work with an amazing group of partners to deliver extra savings which could be particularly useful right now. This includes fundraising tools with Directory of Social Change, office and domestic supplies with Office Depot, and vehicle hire to transport people safely with Enterprise UK.
Safety measures at our warehouse
We take the safety of our staff and our partners seriously. Here are some of the steps we have taken at our warehouse to ensure the safety and wellness of our employees, the third parties we work with, and those receiving products from us:
- 2 metres social distancing at all times
- A limit of 1 person at each packing bench in our warehouse
- Regular cleaning of door handles, keyboards and other surfaces using appropriate cleaners
- Easy accessibility to disposable gloves for everyone at the warehouse
- Verbal consents instead of signing paperwork for delivery confirmation
Our couriers are also following strict guidelines in terms of social distancing and verbal consents when delivering to you.
Keep in touch
Please keep in touch if you have a need for particular goods or if your organisation is really struggling. We may be able to provide extra help or signpost you to other resources. Get in touch with Charlotte, our Head of Charity Partnerships to find the best way we can support you.
We are here and ready to keep on supporting your vital work however we can.
