Keeping your copier running
This scheme includes an annual on-site maintenance agreement to keep your copier-printer up and running when you need it most. Service and maintenance will be provided by Ricoh who will invoice you directly.
This maintenance agreement covers:
- Mono and colour toner
- Service engineer reponse time within 8 hours
- Like-for-like exchange of non-serviceable devices (up to 5 years after the delivery date)
- All parts and labour
The maintenance agreement is mandatory for the first twelve months only. The maintenance agreement does not paper include paper.
The maintenance agreement gives Ricoh the right to increase charges at any time after the first year subject to a maximum increase of 10% in any one year. Signing the Service Maintenance Agreement is your acceptance of the terms and conditions and confirms your agreement to pay for at least the minimum number of copier per quarter for your type of machine, even if actual usage is below this figure.
